Game Plan

OK, so we need to figure out a solid game plan, as per Perfection's request. (Or rather, complaint at a lack thereof.)

First of all, we need to figure out whether we will use the same Civilitas, or create another nation from scratch. (My Opinion: While using Civiltas would be great Provolution's sabotage has severely impeded our chances of using it, as we'd need to spend lots of time reformulating Civilitas. However, a fresh start will take lots of time as well. The benefit of a completely fresh start is that we won't have any remnants from our previous attempt, and we can tone down the level of detail.)

Then, we should deal with our constitution. That is where I will step out of the picture, and let you figure out a constitution. Also, we can decide basic facts (such as relative amount of poverty, relative population, etc.), and I can flesh them out.

So, let's figure things out!

Keep Civilitas, the factbook, and the skeleton of the constitution. Anything questionable may be re-voted if necessary.

I also suggest we have a vote on how many GMs we want, as that seems to be generating some controversy.

Also, if I become GM, my first order will be to ask Provo to undo his sabotaging of the factbook. (If I recall correctly, this just means PMing Perf with the data, and getting Perf to edit the factbook. Alternatively, Provo can PM me, and I can make the new edition of the factbook.)

I have some recovered factbook stuff. I'll turn it over in the appropriate thread when it's made and then that's the end of what I'm doing with it.

I think we managed to recover some or or of that factbook. Also, IIRC, Provo posted it in the Negotiating Table thread.
