Game quits to desktop whenver I build a Wonder

I received Civ 4 as gift on christmas this year and have thoroughly enjoyed it so far. Except for one problem. Whenever I build a wonder (Stonehenge, Pyramids), once it is done being made, the game quits to the desktop. If anyone knows how to fix this problem I would appreciate feedback. Thanks.

Install the V1.52 Patch, then if still problems, post your Dxdiag dump

(Start button - click - select run - type Dxdiag - hit enter - wait a min - then select "save all information" - then post it with symptoms after V1.52 install using the 'advance' button below)

You might also want to just disable movies altogether. It seems to make the game more stable in general (at least before 1.52).

Edit Civilization4.ini from My Documents/My Games/Civilization 4 and locate the "NoMovies = 0" line and change it to "NoMovies = 1"
