Game Saturn

I just had an axeman teleport himself into my territory, he wasn't there last turn and I can see every tile around him, he wasn't there before and he is in my territory now. Not to mention that there are three others poised to attack my cities, these are the 15th-18th barbarians to enter my territory since the game began.

It's easy to miss them sometimes. You don't get a warning message until they're actually *in* your territory, which I think is silly.
 
I didn't miss it, there have only been three turns with no barbs in sight since the first warrior entered my territory. I check my borders every turn because of this, and this is one of the main places they come in.
 
Hmm, okay, that's weird then. I don't think the barbs can cheat and move 2 tiles in one turn though. :confused:
 
Yeah, no roads outside my territory or anything, jungle everywhere around him to the south. I was thinking of loading locally and double-checking the turn prior, I swear he wan't there, as I was looking for him.
 
It just seems wrong that my capital is my only city that currently has a garrisan. :lol:

Well I have two units patrolling the arctic at least.
 
Every one of my cities has at least one Axeman garrisoned, just for barb defense duties. Some people apparently get it lucky, Joshua... :p
 
well my heroic epic city will be able to churn out like an axeman a turn so don't worry I won't be naked for long. My people are starting to complain anyway... :p

Also plako is shooting through the score charts eh?
 
Well it's been a while I suppose I should probably update my map. Fear the power of lots of little crappy wonder sprites! Also the general shape of Elucidus' continent and expecially the super continent are still mostly a mystery to me, for example I'm assuming hellhound's corner sticks out to the west a lot more than I show.

An awesome thing happened, silver was discovered on a mine at my capital. That puts me third on GNP. Take that whoever! ;)

Nice though, I wish I could randomly pop a luxury resource. I still have none! :crazyeye:
 
I wouldn't have minded a free Silver. :(

I'm last in GNP this turn, as I'm in anarchy - yay! :lol:
 
Anarchy? What is this "anarchy" you speak of? I've already made four civic changes so far and haven't heard of it. ;)
