Just wondering how you have your game set up.

Like in RTW, the options are:
Campaign Difficulty
Battle Difficulty
Arcade Mode
Short/Long Campaign
etc

What are you usual setting and why?

Medium/Medium iirc, as that is the setting Europa Barbarorum is balanced for (harder difficulties only give the AI monetary, morale, etc bonuses).

Never seen a reason to use Arcade Mode, and I usually select short campaign since I rarely play a game through long enough.

Normal/Normal, I turn arcade mode off but I can't remember what specifically it does, and I always do long campaign.

Though I've been playing N:TW recently and trying to do Normal campaign/Very Hard battles. It doesn't improve the AI, it just makes it as if each enemy unit had five more experience bars than they normally would, which is frustrating (but at least it's a bit more challenging).

normal/normal for RTW. Short campaign as I don't play it a whole lot any more.
