Game stucks when processing

I'm sorry if this post isn't in the right place but i'm experiencing permanent processing on AI's turn (ELizabeth). The game goes more than two-third way then keeps me waiting when processing Elizabeth. I've restarted it three times, unchecked suspicious mods but no hope. Could anyone help me please?

Your save game requires, by my count, 46 mods. I think that's the source of your problem. Probably a conflict between two or more of them.
