[GEM 1.066/CivUP] Tooltip about destrying barb encampment on tile missing

Hi

Using GEM 1.066/CivUP36 I noticed that theres no tooltip on the map when you hover over a barbarian encampment and you've been assigned a mission by a CS to destroy it.

There used to be one, didn't there? Otherwise it's pretty hard to remember which ones you've got a mission to destroy.

I noticed this too, and I'm investigating the problem. I think it's due to how citystates can now have multiple missions in G&K, while they only had one in vanilla.

Edit: I think I fixed this bug in Civup v36; please post back if it's not solved.
