[GEM 1.066] Diplomacy text for various agreements

Hi

using GEM 1.066/CivUP36 I noticed that the diplomacy text for various agreements states the wrong tech prereqs.

For example it says that you can not create open borders agreements until you have researched Education when it's Currency that unlocks the agreement in GEM.

I haven't been through all agreement types.

Also on the Diplomacy window there is a message in white text on the upper left corner of the screen that says something alon the lines of Leader screen did not load or something like that.

I only noticed it after meeting Attilla because his screen was very dark so it showed up fairly easily. Then I looked at other leaders and had the same message. Just not easy to see because the screens are lighter.

Didn't seem to effect the way the diplomacy screen worked at all but thought I would point it out.

Also I noticed that if I click on the new fancy Trade screen (specifically on a Green Zero) that should load up a trade based on that resource it goes to my own leader screen with no leader showing...

Thanks for bringing this up, I fixed it for Gem v1.6.8.

The "leader screen did not load" is a vanilla bug in the game core only Firaxis has access to.

Are you sure it's in 1.6.8?

Just did a quick search and didn't find the change.

It is in: /Gem/Text/en_US/Diplomacy.xml

Just checked and it was added in 1.6.9. Thats why I couldn't find it at first.
