Well, two issues mainly.
1. I'd like to create test scenarios and cities (and once in a while, after getting my butt kicked by a deity AI, I like to create a God-like civilization and kill a map's-worth of deity civilizations), but for some reason the CTRL+ALT+CLICK city editor turns up some generic in-game error message. So that's out of the question. Using the World Editor with CTRL+W is, I guess, viable, but when I need to add a LOT of buildings that's a whole lot of clicking. Can I get around this?
2. I dislike technology diffusion. Can I turn it off by default? Going to "Custom Game" every time is slightly annoying.
