Get Strange DLL error message, need help

I have recently updated to the newest patch. I now get the message:

This application has failed to start because BOOST_PYTHON-VC71-1_32.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Is this going to happen each time I try to update this game?

Any feedback would be great.
