Getting A team

Im doing a fantasy world like mod called Soul of Therisma
in it, man have finnaly evolved, some will take up magic, some science, some meditation and the sort

i need a couple people to help me get the job done, and i can only think to post here (until i get more finished)

XML
person/ people to make civs (use your imagination , basilisk leaderhead, magisions, make it cool

i need units... dwarfs, skeletins, people that can breath fire, ya know

i need art for all of this too

ill update later as it goes on

Do you have any sort of groundwork already done, such as XML? It's very easy to learn if you haven't, just use the tutorials.

I have plenty of knowlage in XML, python, and the works. im not a noob asking for help. I dont want this done when im in a retairment home

well whatever i cant get a team on, i do myself. i say ill do 70-80 percent if peole actually help
