First, @aaminion... we CAN"T BUILD ARTEMIS OR ZEUS because we have NO ivory AND if you read my post it says they were already built.
@gogf DOOD, there is LOTS of corruption right now in Spain and it is INEFFECTIVE, I think you should download that save, build the Forbidden Palace, and see what it does for us! Having both Spain and Inca working for us is key for a conquest victory!
@team Don't attack (or colonize island) in the east, we need good ships first! if you try taking over units, galleys will keep sinking like mad! Please read my post turn thoughts at the end of my summary to get the idea of what I'm talking at about and not just ask the same thing that I have already addressed in my summary
@gogf I've played a little of that WW1 map you helped create...awesome job
cizzle, calm down. We read your posts, and then do otherwise
Seriously though, FP doesn't work the same way in Conquests as in PTW and vanilla Civ. It can actually increase corruption in nearby cities, and we certainly don't want that. Therefore, it's better to move the palace to Madrid.
But I agree, we can't settle that island - unless we were a seafaring civ, which I don't the Incas would be...
IBT: Tiwanaku Marketplace -> library
Machu Picchu library -> swordsmen
Corihuayrachina temple -> library. (Why build temple here? I suggest sell it...no risk of riots...but will leave this to public discussion)
Turn 1 (530 BC): Change a lot of production from temples to either libraries (Santiago), settlers (Seville) or workers. I understand we need culture, but atm we can't lose all this money. Change Madrid from FP to Palace. Change Huamanga to harbor (I thought I explained this last time around. Luxuries for the people in Tiwanaku and Cuzco...then we can disband a lot of units or sell a temple. Also, we can produce swordsmen on Hispaniola)
IBT: Toledo worker -> worker (there is nothing else to build)
Turn 2 (510 BC): Nothing.
IBT: Barcelona worker -> worker.
Turn 3 (490 BC): Nothing, except I lose a galley to the water...idiot.
IBT: Machu Picchu swordsman -> marketplace.
Turn 4 (470 BC): Nothing.
IBT: Cuzco marketplace -> wealth (no prebuild for wonders available yet - have to wait a couple of turns).
Turn 5 (450 BC): Even more nothing.
Turn 6 (430 BC): You guessed it!
IBT: Ollantaytambo Library -> Marketplace.
Turn 7 (410 BC): Change prod in Cuzco to Granary.
IBT: Tiwanaku Library -> Harbor (there is a reason - increased commerce).
B****y Celts complete hanging gardens. We're really behind. This will be a good solid challenge

Barcelona worker -> worker.
Turn 8 (390 BC): Disband a swordsman in Tiwanaku (yes, a mistake, I should have taken the archer. I want to keep unit costs low)
Turn 9 (370 BC): Nothing.
IBT: Vitcos worker -> archer.
Turn 10 (350 BC): Finally able to change sliders though - to 8.2.0, construction still in 1 turn at 11gpt. Build Andahuaylas between Barcelona and Toledo - cramped, I know, but we need a bit of extra support, and with a temple it could be quite a big city (fish).
Summary: Well, OK I guess - but we need to do something about the money situation. Right now, we have 27 gold, and we're losing 6 (ish) gpt each turn if we continue this quick rate.
A suggestion to solve this is to sell a temple or two in small cities, use military police instead if needed. If anyone has another idea, go ahead. We need science quickly, and don't research unnecessary stuff...possibly republic, but I think would completely damage the budget (-56 in unit costs - OUCH!) So, just go straight for navigation (off the top of my head, that gives caravels, right?) and try to venture across the sea. We need to find other civs quickly, so that we can whip the Persians and Mayas off the map.
Good luck...
