GGF1: Incas

o and um... I need the save

Guys, you are one of the best teams that could be. If any of you want to join GGF2 once I decide what it is, and we have won GGF1 (which we will!), you take precidense (that must be spelled wrong...).

The word is precedence, I believe *pedant mode off*

Did somebody build the great wall? If so, no problem. If not, that aqueduct in Cuzco really should have been switched to a GW - but no matter.

The galley got in the east with some serious luck, I believe. Don't risk that again, with units it's absolutely bound to fail. Middle ages QUICK and then straight for navigation IMO (possibly with a little trip off to chivalry after that)

cizzle, about you playing ahead and building the FP - well, that's good, but it isn't technically allowed to play ahead in an SG to predict what's gonna happen, and I'd heard so many stories about the FP that I couldn't be certain about it having good effects.

Okay, I'll post the save in a minute. Yes, unforunately someone built the Great Library. Now that I think about it, we should go strait to navigation (as Hakon said), and then Feudalism, and then Chivalry. We can always buy those, but we need to be able to get to our enemies for a war.

Also, I believe that Galley was chasing down a Spanish galley. How could the Spanish get over there, the AI never risks galleys? you may ask, but remember, they have an extra movement point, and have less chance of dying in sea. I don't know if the AI will now put them in sea. But, don't try to get another one over there, as Hakon said, we will probably lose it, and it won't help us.

Our email got messed up again. For some reason, I didn't get aaminion00's message, again. Once I do, I'll post the save though.

@Hakon about that harbor you were talking about, you know it DOESN'T take effect until Astronomy (which does trade over sea tiles) and then Navigation (which enables trade over ocean). If you look in Huamange or any other Spanish city you will not see iron :/. Once again read my summaries to see WHO built WHICH wonders (they'll be located in the ibt- part)
P.S. I played ahead cuz you guys said the corruption messes up the island, so I just had to check it out, my bad ;)
@Team seems like that patch really misconstrued the corruption factor with me  so it's too bad we need the palace in Spain, but I guess it has to be done. Also, why does the game end in 300 and not in 540? From the looks of it, we're gonna need that time!

I never really explained that, sorry. I made it end in 300, so that we don't have to worry about score. We just click "keep playing," and go on until 540. That's so that it won't count if we don't get a conquests win. It's pretty confusing, but we just say we want to keep playing (if we haven't won yet), and keep going until 540. It was actually not the best idea, but I was thinking that it would be somehow helpful to not have the computer tell us we won. Really, just ignore it.

And you're right. That's really not good about the iron in Spain. We definately need to go straight to navigation.

Sounds good, even though it's still a bit befuddling :cringe:
oh, and don't forget the save

Hotmail is having a problem. Twice I have not gotten an email aaminion00 sent me, and I know he sent it. Once it works and I get it, be sure, I'll post it.

Just out of curiosity... any interest in a warlord level succession game where we must conquer the entire world? Or maybe declare war on everyone we meet the moment we do so?

Um... the goal of GGF1 is a conquest victory. Maybe GGF2 should be you can never be at peace. I'll start to think about that, and other concepts now.

Ah. Don't know my civilopedia off by heart yet...still, some food never is missed in these types of games (accel. production).

I know your summaries said who built which wonders, but I forgot and didn't want to bother digging it up ;)
