While it's certainly not game-breaking, I've noticed that when I install player-made civilization mods, the unit art in the game changes so that instead of say, having 15 tiny little warriors, I have one giant 50-foot-tall man. Same with settlers -- I get a 50-foot-tall ox.

Is there any particular reason for this, or a tweak and/or mod that fixes this issue?

I also have the problem when I download mods which attempt to add in support for others' player-made civ. mods -- an example being one of the latest versions of "Unique Balance" after it added support for the Mongolia mod.

What's it doing (Unique Balance) now? As far as I can tell if you don't have the civilization in question then that file won't load which is fine since I isolated each civ into there own file. Mongolia is the free DLC by the way so you should have it.
