GNBv3, PBEM 2

Austria, please improve your attitude, so we can make cease fire next month.
Ready :goodjob:

* Peace treaty signed with Britain.

Sorry, but your AI asked me 750 gold!!!

*New French mediterranian fleet moves on La Palma. It is believed that * Ships of Line with a veteran crew are going to empty the city.
*Attitude versus Austria improved. Please try to make peace next month.
*Attitude versus Russia improved. Please try to make peace next month.

*Peace Signed with France ! Entringed combatants allowed to leave with their weapons.

*Prussia enhances the ship construction programe: In the light of continously neglected payments by sides of the British, who may well think they can just wriggle their way through until retaliatory action may seem unattractive, Prussia invites the Great leaders of Russia, Austria, also France to join talks on European security issues. One thing is already sure at this time should Britain not improve its position forthwith and comply with (generous) peace responsibilities it agreed on before: We are NOT alone!!!

*Prussia welcomes the majority behind the limitation on Emisary powers. We however warn rogue states to see this as an opportunity to defy the German Nation !

Latest news from the War Ministry indicate several un-named Military Advisors' growing concerns over the currently dripping-in news updates on the "Race to Palma" between Austria and France. "We hope to learn more during our meetings..." incognito

 my goodness have the times changed  (this is what I get to see when meeting the 'Petit Corporal' on the diplomacy screen- I thought that given the fact the new French fleet is out and about in this very moment this should be a nice screenshot)

Thanx for revealing my plans Winter

I think that you should clarify the situation. I mean:
First, specify the terms of the peace treaty, and then tell us if England have honoured those conditions.

France did it. I did it in the other GNB.
ENGLAND MUST DO IT TOO. Without further delay.

*The Prussian envoy to Vienna is cited to an audience with the Austrian Emperor in the middle of the night, yet not as he assumed in the Imperial residence. Already in the waiting carriage the aging man is revealed that his presence is requested at a secret location outside the capital city... in his portfolio he carries a note telegraphed mere minutes before the appearence of his escort. Ice is making the journey lengthy and dangerous. The horses are slower than usual and tread the frozen ground with caution... the sound of snow gnashing under the weight of wooden wheels acompanies the travelers and the small escort through the darkness of night. The misty weather swallows every sound and shapeless shadows stretch their long fingers towards the small procession. They travel light, yet without the latter to guide their path. The dense forrest becomes lighter and the carriage arrives at Lembeck castle in the early morning hours... the bitter cold air bites into the unprotected hands and face of the men that are now making their way to the main portal. They are being expected- the gas lamps in the East wing are lit...

Ahem ahem, I guess no one remembered that Palma was part of Britain's mandate in the partition we made with France so long ago. ;) But you guys go ahead, I don't really have a use for it (although I'll try and help France get it first so at least my frontier is secure).

FYI W.i.n.t.e.r, I've set my attitude to worshipful each and every turn. I don't know what else to do. When I try to make peace your "enraged" emissary repeatedly demands techs, so I had hoped that it would work during your turn since it wouldn't in mine. What more can I do?

Please guys, you have to solve it.
Mmm...
Darius:
If you have problems with prussian AI, you can send the gold to Austrian AI, and then i´ll gift it to Prussia. What do you think?

Good call, that should work. :goodjob: I'll do it in my turn if the AI won't make peace.

you can always, get Henrik to open up the game, it'll take all the passwords off, but he'll open up the game open the cheat mode and redo the AI's attitude towards all the countries, so we'll be able to do diplomacy again. Thats what was needed in the AoW pbem at poly.

All right, Austria's AI didn't allow it either; they demanded techs and demanded I attack France. So I sent 250 gold to Russia.

ok Darius, u want to do the thing with Henrik can go in and change everyone's AI to normal to where we can do diplomacy

Fine if he will, but I don't know if it's a big deal; I can just keep gifting to a proxy state and just have a phony war with Prussia since the AI won't let peace happen. Does it really make any difference what the AI thinks? We still control our troops, so what does it matter?

well lets say you and prussia become good friends and want to exchange stuff secretly ect...
Bad AI won't let u exchange. it would be better to set the french and british AI to neutral towards US and our AI's neutral towards you.
