We advise Britain to chose its words carefully and to neither underestimate the effectiveness of the Prussian navy, nor to overestimate size and capabilities of the British fleet.

We advise you to not make any assumptions about our casualties in the last war; we stand by our claim of naval superiority. Perhaps your defense minister would like to issue a report proving us wrong.

As long as Britain owes Prussia war reparations (until 600 gold have been payed up) Prussia will closely monitor British activities - and half of Spain and Portugal are under British protection- so this is where to I chose to send my vessels ! I had expected more support from my fellow Europeans on the mainland...

I have accused Prussia of no wrongdoing whatsoever; all I did was announce the reports from my commanders to the rest of Europe to let them make their own judgements. Personally I do think a nation like Prussia establishing a ring of ships around the whole of Europe is a bit audacious and unnecessary, but I understand your reason. Please remember however that this turn just like every other turn since the peace agreement, your AI has declared war on me when I attempted to pay reparations. I have the gold necessary to pay the reparations now (and then some), but there is no way to send it. Should I go through Russia again next turn? Or France?

Further, we request that British ships eastwards of the demarcation line established after the British surrender shall return into either British or international waters immediately or the answer shall be swift.

Ha! When did I ever say I was going there? Every British ship in the North Sea is no further eastward than our fortress, so you have no beef there.

Prussia is hereby asking Russia if it is again willing to aid the safe transactions between Britain and Prussia. Both countries seem to be measuring the other side's strength while fearcely competing in a naval armsrace. Such animosities have brought us to war before, we do not need another to follow out of the same mistakes. Prussian shiping will however remain in Spanish waters -at it present strength.

The Prussian War Ministry discloses data on its present Naval strength- we do not intent to seem audacious by reveling these numbers, but hope to find solutions of how to channel or avoid conflict in the future by offering greater transparency- it would be interesting to compare the production trends across Europe. It seems as if, with no land wars being fought, all European powers now focus on these new areas of competition to profile themselves:

While Britain has no desire or need for any arms race, here are the Admiralty's statistics:

Ships of the Line: 8 active, 2 in production*
Frigates: 3 active, 0 in production
Merchant Marine: who the hell cares

* - as the 2 cities building are completely improved, the production will continue permanently, not to meet a quota.

Considering how we have more ships of the line and less frigates, we can consider this a draw. However, it's worth noting that the cities producing British ships (London and Manchester) are undoubtedly far more productive than Prussia's Baltic ports, which would give us the lead. It is also important that all British ships will be veteran as we are using naval bases, while Prussia does not even have the technology with which to build naval bases.

Because Britain and France versus the rest have a snowball's chance in hell. You guys got all the reward money, your homelands are far away, and you simply have way more citizens, gold, and production than us. By such a huge margin that it's pointless. Prussia alone is so dominant that it rivals France alone, Austria is as strong as two Britains, and Russia as well. It's just uneven, especially after we got wasted in the last war.

The Third Reich Team isn't Nazi's i know that, but uhhhhh **** happened to where we had to do something(other than the threat of being sued)......I would like to apologise to Winter and the other Third Reich Team members.....this is from SunTzu, not from CFC(cause i can't speak for the rest).
I know Germans hate being called Nazi's.........hopefully the Third Reich Team and the other Civ-creating Teams will stay at CFC.......
