Can golems receive any buffs like enchanted blade, blur, Shield of Faith or any buff at all? Or are they only limited to the ones they receive from Barnaxus? Thanks.

Golems lack a unitcombat, and therefore cannot gain any promotions granted from xml spells (except if they themselves cast bBuffCasterOnly spells granting promotions, but I can't think of any such spell a golem could cast. Spells that apply promotions through python could also work)

I suspect you mean the Luchuirp golems, then no they can't be enchanted by spells from mages or priests. They can gain special promotions from 3 unique buildings when they are built, giving them fireballs, hidden and the ability to see invisible.
Flesh golems are different, and although they can't be enchanted directly either, they can pick up all the enchantments that the sacrificed units had. So for them enchanted blade and shield of faith are useful enchantments that they pick up by an indirect method.
