The bulk of my army is in the NAC and my colonies, I really have closer to .5 million. I rely on my airforce and navy to provide the bulk of the Philippines Defenses.

Oh, another thing I should mention. I have decided to eliminate Stock Exchanges. It was a silly idea to start with. I mean, all nations already have them, so you shouldn't necessarily get a bonus for them.

Remember, Trade Routes cost 5 eco for each nation, and give each 1 eco per turn. Also, you can only have 3, 4 for Democracies. Or pseudo democracies .

And i will be trying to ensure that everybody has a challenge to face . . . so it doesn't get boring for anybody . . .

We have always had knowledge that spies have been in our country, this has never been a major problem. But due to a new high level security defense system being installed it is imperitive that spies are to be removed. We request that any nation that currently has spies in our country remove them at once. We are fine with weapons inspectors to look around to say there are no nuclear weapons (That means you Russia), but we will not alow our defense system to be compromised. As such any spy not declaring himself and then leaving to his country of origin will be captured, interogated and subsiquencly shot (or some other method of execution), under The Federal Treason and Esponage Act. So we ask nations of the world to remove there spies from the Philippines.
