The Philippines Statement of Nuclear Weapons and other WMDs

The Philippines beliefs that Nuclear Weapon capibility in the Philippines is needed for a proper deterent without having to build a massive army. The Philippines will not cease production (All nukes are being given to the NAC) unless we have a compensation for all of our time that we spent developing them.

The Philippines strongly supports a bioweapon ban. Bio weapons are used to terrorize the population of another country. And have no stratigic use.

Someone tried to nuke us but that is beside the issue.
The world will never truly disarm itself of nuclear weapons unless it is by force. That is a simple fact of life as mad dictators are always around to threaten and blackmail the world as a whole. IF this initiative is too succeed, a force (impartial to politics or not) superior to any nation or organization that wishes to aquire nuclear arms must be fused together by all willing nations.
