Russia is confused by these statements. Does that mean that Russian military aircraft had permision to fly over all other countries unannounced before this? Too bad my advisors did not know about it, or SADETO would have been a memory by now.

Yes, i had poited that out too, what will be next, annoncements that a nation closes the borders to or even shoot at invading armies?

OOC: The reason I posted my first message is because JCF crossed my (SADETO) airspace on thier way to Bolivia. It was decided not to shoot them down as both sides might regret it. Now after the announcement if JFC try to fly through SADETO airspace we will know that they mean war.

Well, for this update . . . I did say that they were starting Update 13 . . . which this one is . . . And Update 14 we announce the host city, and Update 15 is the next one . . .

And no, Olympics will just be part of the WNN, perhaps the WSN, World Sports Network? Just part of the Update.

The Commonwealth will grab a lotta medals cuz' we're the only British/Australian/pioneer area left with english competitors flocking beneath our flag... I hope. And we have a lot of big international companies (like the ISE and PSE stationed in Wellington and Auckland) that'll sponsor athlethes, right Goober Rogge?

Hmmm, I think I might start a project to 'train' athletes...

PS. The CU was accepted into SADETO along with all other applicants just a short while ago Goober. I'd feel safer if I was on the list...

Our emergency military budget is so small it's pretty much useless but for a pinch in an emergency anyway... let us initiatie a new one and spend this one on training atheletes for the Olypmics instead!

Spanish Elections Draw Nearer!
With the final round of elections coming up, the president of Spain for the next five years (can noly serve two terms according to the new constitution) is going to be chosen. All signs point to a landslide Franco victory, but that doesn't mean that other candidates won't come along to make a name for themselves.

Francisco Franco bahamonde, hero of the people, although in his golden years is running and expected to win with 70%+ of the vote. He has chosen no particular party affiliation, but is known as a staunch conservative leaning on Fascist.

Harry Weinstein, a Jewish factory owner from the liberal party, is running against Franco and expected to win the most opposition votes (around 10-20%). Running pretty much as a nobody from his party, the party doesn't really care what happens, since they know they are going to lose.

The only conservative willing to run against Franco, Arnold Swarzenegger is a young politican and former soldier in his 20's. Immigrating to Spain after aiding the Spanish in their fight against the Austrians in the EU war, Swarzenegger hopes to do well in the conservative party in the future.​
