oh Goober do you remember what African Funs is? My current project? (plus the other one i mentioned in the PM, could you put that in)

The African Fund is kind of a Development Fund you set up to try and help out your poorer neighbours, get their people out of poverty and such. Kinda like one of those "Help Africa" foundations, but Government run.

And I will add that other project when I finish with stats, which might be soon, if I get that elusive thing called time.

President Person called up the president of Mindanao. He sounded a bit uneasy about what he was about to say but then finally said it "The Philippines has just lowered its alert status and no longer has it's conventional missile on standby. We are ready to resume a dimplomatic solution to this situation. We would like to send inspectors, and if we do it will build enough trust that we would be willing to send aid (without you having to pay us back or anything) to help you with your peaceful nuclear power facilities."

Ok, I think I am about 90% done with stats, just a few more tidbits for me to clean up tomorrow, and I should be done with them.

Recently in Philippines Department of Sattilites and other Space projects, received another sattilite photo from a HH-4 Targeter sattilite which was first being used to calculate missile vectors and the like when the Philippines planed to attack the facilities. It was much more accurate than the first picture from a HH-2 Targeter which was designed to calculate vectors for the interceptor missiles against ICBMs. The Picture was analayzed by top inspectors. They came to the conclusion, since there were no uranuim inrichment facilities that it was unlikey that the goal of the facilities were to produce nuclear weapons. President Person then made a statement. "We apoligize for any troubles we might have caused, and, with our own more accurate sattilite pictures, we have concluded that the facilities goal is not to create nuclear weapons"

The Update was posted on page 42, post 823, Kam. I just left on vacation right after I posted the current Update, Update 21, so I just finished the stats now, when I returned.

Ok, I went through my PMs, and I believe I totally finished everything. I did your projects, Panda, and yours, Josef, and some other odds and ends. So, I am going to arbitrarily set the deadline for orders to be this Saturday, August 27th at 12:00 PM GMT. After that, I will start Update 22, and will not be accepting any more orders.

Oh, one more thing, Tragdor and MattyB2 are no longer playing in this NES, so Acadia and the Falkland Islands are hereby NPC.

No, your orders are fine. I do PC Stats as I go along through the Update, so PC Stats were done before I left. I just didn't get time to do some NPC Stats before I left.

I know its confusing, but RL occaisionally includes good stuff like vacation. I hope everybody can bear with me. Your Orders, Kam, are fine for Update 22, 1988.
