1. Another power uses nuclear weapons on the UIA, causing us to strike in what we call automatic retaliation.

The Hungarian Government has
1. Taken the Russian embassy personel hostage
2. Funded a terrorist attack using nuclear weapons and tsunamies against Coalition nations that resulted in the deaths of millions.
In response to these actions Russia will ensure the removal of the present Hungarian government. First of all, all Russian citizens have to be freed. Second of all the present Hungarian dictator has to be removed from power and handed over to Russia for trials. Third of all, Hungary will pay reparations to the Coalition nations for the terrorist attack in the amount of 8 eco. Until these conditions are met Russia will proceede with military operations against Hungary. Russian troops will not attack any Austrian military troops present in Hungary, however Russia does not recognize officially any cooperation with Hungary, and will proceede independantly in this war.

Ok, #1, i answered via PMs.
Me and blackheart have come up with a new idea for this NES - The Olympics. Basically, what I am thinking is that every 2-3 turns we hold the Olympics. We would have competitions to decide which city should get to host them, and you guys would probably nominate a city of yours or somebody else's, and 2-3 sentences on why it is an appropriate city, and then the panel (me) would randomly choose. Then y;'all would send atheletes, and I would give the results. I would probably say who won in which catagory (like, I would say the CER won in Boxing, and Libya won the Nuke-tossing contest), and then announce the Medal Totals. And these would be combined Summer/Winter Olympics, btw.
But, I want some feedback. Do you guys like/dislike the idea? Should O go ahead with it, or would it be a waste of time?

High Level Meeting at Yalta
Generalissimo Franco has flown to a Russian city of Yalta today to meet with the Russian Premier Putin. The meeting of the two leaders was cordial, a little chilly, since the two represented opposing ideologies. After the formalities, the two of them held a private meeting for a number of hours, returning to the press only after dinner to present the result of a hard day of work, The Yalta Accords. B. Spanish Presence in the Middle East
(1) Spain has the right to maintain up to 5,000 soldiers in a base in Kuwait

(3) Spanish military in the Middle East will respect the rights of people in all Muslim nations, and the rights of the governments of these nations, and will be quartered in Spanish military bases
C. North African Militia
(1) North African government is allowed to maintain a militia as a security force
(2) The North African militia is to cooperate in its operations with the Spanish military and the Spanish government
D. Withdrawal of Spanish Troops
(1) Spanish troops will be withdrawn from North Africa within 1 year
(2) Spanish troops are to be present for 1 year to ensure stability and a creation of a North African militia
(3) During that year Spanish military in North Africa will respect the rights of North Africans, and will be quartered in Spanish military bases
4. Economic Question:
A. Oil Purchases
(1) Muslim nations will not deny Spain the right to purchase oil
(2) Muslim nations will not place extra restrictions on Spanish companies or the Spanish government trading for Muslim oil
5. Political Question:
A. Rights of Muslims
(1) Spanish Government will allow and guarantee freedom of religion
(2) Spanish Government will grant Muslims rights equivalent to those of other Spanish citizens
B. North Africa
(1) The local government of North Africa will be elected by the inhabitants of North Africa in a democratic manner
(2) Spain will not intervene in the functions and workings of the North African government
(3) The Spanish and the North African government will follow the guidelines for governing laid out in Section 2.B. of this Agreement.
