The Commonwealth will return these plans when the US is acting grown up and defending democracy in Vietnam and the SA stops trying to dominate and oppress Africa.

War? It is not our wish for war. We wish for democracy and we believe South Africa has already presumed a hostile stance against the CU before we resorted to espionage.

If it is war you want then you may have it against our will, and though you may win we will defend ourselves and you may easily find yourself in more then you counted for.

It would be a dark day upon this world when there are no nations left with courage to defend what's right.

[oh btw Alex, a person educated in military designs could easily manage memorizing a military design by rote given a coupla days, or if using mnemonics by the same person it'd be easy ummm mnemonics are some modern stuff that was reinvented. It's basically a better way to absorb and recall information]
 
Defending Democracy? Is that what you called an attempted annexation by your coalition?

You believe, but where is the evidence of this? SA only got MORE hostile AFTER you resorted to espionage!

Is what you consider right stealing things that doesn't belong to you? Then i'm afraid that the morals of the CU is extremely low.....

EDIT: And i proposed to counter that by turning them in...
 
Our methods may not be the best, but we intend good for the world.

And, *sigh* the CU gives completely regarding the peace in North Vietnam... We'll stay away from North Vietnam and China if you leave South Vietnam alone. (messaging you)
 
Hey! -It's time to come clean- we abandoned our self-defence nuke plans when we found the international community hated them. Then we tried to sell them for a bit seeing how other nations would most likely have it if they wanted it anyway. Now THAT was a big bad. Shouldn't have done that.

But what HAS the CU done?

In short time-line wise we have:

1) restored order in a few colonies and promised election
The CU is to give independance to these colonies immediately in order that you not attack them.

2) Considered developing nukes, dropped the plans and tried to sell some third-grade research-material (we believed it to be unusuable) to the SA which we at the time barely tolerated due to their ideals but decided to ignore in the interest of money. Yes! That was greedy.

3) Defended democracy in South Vietnam.

4) Stolen military designs from the Apartheid Republic of South Africa.

Summary:

We're order restoring, greedy democratic philantropists who don't mind nukes too much or believe in international laws until they strictly forbid it (as proposed in resolution 14), democratic freedom fighters and aggressors against aggressive communist regimes and thieves of military designs from hostile Apartheid republics.
 
5) Attempted to reannex North Vietnam into South Vietnam over the protests of South Vietnam.

We have talked to South Vietnam, they did not wish to invade NOrth Vietnam and says that you pressured them to.
 
South Vietnam wasn't protesting. They were just worried you'd step in.

Here's another secret: The CU PM was so busy he didn't see your declaration of defending North Vietnam. Sad, but true.

The CU simply doesn't understand why military espionage is a reason for the US to go to war over while repression of dozens of millions of Africans in slave-style conditions are ignored.
You may have found fault in the remnants of what was once the mighty Commonwealth that abolished slavery as soon as in the 1800'th Century (or did the British do it in the 19'th?) but you refuse to see the greater evils of the world. Perhaps for your own interests.

And what imperialism? We have restored order and begun the road to rebuild the economy and order of the three nations of Quatar, Gambia and Guinea-Bissau. And we have attempted to reunite Vietnam because the northern communists promised they'd be back!
 
Greater evils of the world. Japan sees the greater evils, and they are not petty arguments over types of government.

The Greater evils are starvation, cancer, radiation, and the environmental crisis. The CU is the one who refuses to see the greater evils.

Do not try to accuse Japan of greediness, for we have helped the world more than you ever will.

Who was it that rebuilt Yemen? Who was it that lent radiation cleaning aid to numerous nations of the world. Not the CU, if i recall correctly.

Oh, wait, I forgot!

The CU has done wonderful things: Selling nukes, stealing information, and much more! We should all be proud of them!
 
The CU didn't have radiation cleaning aid, and we did not accuse Japan of greediness! And we applaud your actions in Yemen, though they were also aimed at providing oil for SEATO.

Consider the oil-deal with the CU to be off. [it was activated with Japan as NPC last round by Goobs, +1 eco per turn from you for tha oil from Quatar]
 
My troops are better at home. I learned from my countries mistakes a long, long time ago. My military is not a police force, and niether is it a "Glorious Defender" of democracy. It is a extention of death, and war. Nothing more, nothing less. I am far more grown up than you can ever be, you, with your schemes and nuclear pofilieration. You, with you attempt to "restore" democracy by attempting to destroy North Vietnam.

Leave the past, there is no place for aprising war-lords, or scheming politicians anymore. We had those once, almost two years ago. Look at the world now, the sky is heavy still with Nuclear dust clouds, the ground still scorched by horrible war-fare. There is no place for you anymore, there is only horrible death. I cannot, even agiasnt my moral dogma, I cannot allow a nation that attempts to sell Nuclear Weapons, and schemes and plots the fall of man, to exist.

You have schemed you last scheme Prime Minister, since you "time-line" only reinforces what we already know, that you are greedy, uncaring, power hungery Mad-man. Agian, hand over the men who memozied the plans, and give reperations to the RSA goverment, as well as the North Vietimese goverment, and dismantle any weapons or military vehicles that used RSA's plans, or face the combined might of our armies. Death and Destruction await those that make unwise descisions....I hope you are wise, Prime Minister.
 
The Commonwealth believes in it's ideals of pragmatism towards good and it will be so until the end. If it is war it has come to then so let it be war.
 
The Commonwealth was accusing the USA of having slaves and the RSA of oppressing and to presently have slaves! We did not accuse Japan at all, except for ignoring the greater evils (and that was directed at the USA).
 
The PM has other things to attend to. Consider the diplomatic precudures to be over. Come and kill my Kiwis for whatever sin our nation has commited.
