If some nations do not understand the difference between an organization and its members, that is ok. If Russia is at war with the USA, Russia COULD ask the SecGen to make the coalition declare war on the USA, however Russia has not done so. Clear now?

As per Coalition membership the Commonwealth is protected by Coalition forces, and can request military help from the Coalition at any time, and it will be granted.

Very soon, I have done everything except for the mess that is Southern Africa. Stats are fairly easy. Actually, on average, this was a fairly easy update.

Wars, yes, but the Southern African War shall be slightly abated. Expect the update in maybe half an hour.

I have done most, if not, all of the PC Stats, and i will finish the NPC Stats after I plow through some HW.

God, it was huge. I never thought it was gonna be THAT long. I have some PMs to send to people about stuff, after I do some plowing. *hops on snow-plow*

All Communist countries give their foreign policy to the Communist Coalition. Am I right?
Wouldn't that mean that declarations of war and all that are part of foreign policy? And that means, Russia CANNOT declare war by itself (or any other member for that matter).
Instead, for wars to be declared, the whole association must declare war, or rather, if the association declares war, therefore all members declare war due to their forfeiting foreign policy to the larger organisation.

That's how I see it.

well, first of all, they are not anti-icbm, but ABM (Anti Balistic Missile), and actually not even that since they were develop to shoot planes and bombers down too.

i think only Cruise Missiles and SRBM would fly too low to be intercepted by ABM sites
