Harsh words regarding various nations's prowess in war, national courage and diplomatic stability have been exchanged in the past. For any grave offences in deed we are sorry. But it must be admitted that such trivialities, though damaging to a relationship, are naught but second and unimportant to that of a declaration of war - nay an attack - by a foreign power.
Some of you may have been swayed by the might of the African Federation/Republic of South Africa and state that do you do not want to be involved in a war against such a powerful enemy.

The RSA's actions have been no different - the land of Madagascaria that prompted their attack against Guinea-Bissau and The Gambia is not theirs. It is the rightful heritage of the people of this island. The RSA claims the CU illegally attacked this land.
Even if it was so (and elections are to be held in one year whence the Madagascarians will decide if to join with the Commonwealth or not) an attack upon the CU because of a Madagascarian affair would be deemed unprovoked because the previous state of Madagascar sent no plea for aid from the RSA nor did the CU attack the RSA. (unless they had a super-secret extra hidden alliance!)
The RSA had no official relations to Madagascar.

The African Federation/RSA attacked Guinea-Bissau and The Gambia
- both sovereign states within the Commonwealth Union by free vote.

The RSA has proven that if you invade a neighbor of theirs they may demand war and ignore the land in question and attack your homeland instead. Please note the fact that the RSA has openly stated in diplomatic msgs. in the past (you'll have to trust me on this one) that they aim to conquer all of the African mainland. This is simply a ploy to grab yet two parcels of land.
APETO and SADETO must not allow their MPP to dissolve into nothingness.

Imperial Tokyo World News

Tragedy has struck, this time in the form of a gas attack on the International Confederacy building. Anarchist terrorists are suspected to have perpetrated the attack. Japan's own ambassador to the IC, Ichijiro Tokugawa, was killed in the attack, as well as all of his staff. Luckily, the gas did not spread through the city, many civilian lives were spared. The Japanese Barney team was quick to respond but the damage had been done, all who were in the IC building were killed instantly.

The terrorists are suspected to be a longtime sleeper cell in Japan. Where they got the VX gas from is unknown at this time. They were probably activated to destroy the IC, although that seems a bit contradictory, since the IC has not been a major world player since it was created. The question now is, will this be the end for the IC, or will it rebound and become what it was made to do, keep world peace?

The Japanese government has responded to these attacks by detaining all persons of "suspicious" actions. Security has been tightened in all of Japan. Virtually no one can move through the country undetected now.

The pact of Non Agression is exactly that, Non-Agression.
