Kraken – The nuclear attack submarine of the African Federation, Powered by a nuclear reactor and equipped with the latest technology to convert Carbon Dioxide back to Oxigen the Kraken is can virtually stay constantly sunbmerged, the Kraken has eight 660mm torpedo tubes for launching torpedoes and missiles. 50 missiles/torpedoes are carried, the Kraken is also equipped with several torpedo Decoy launchers, it can travel at 20 knots completely silently and at 33 knots when full speed.

Whale – The Nuclear Powered Supercarrier of the African Federation, powered by 5 nuclear reactors (4 active 1 emergency),a weight displacement of over 100.000 tons and with over 6.000 men as crew the Whale is more a small floating airfield than a ship, but do not let the huge sized fool you because this colossus can reach 30 Knots speeds.
While it relies on his escort and planes to deal with imminent threaths the Whale has several defence and decoy systems the most important being its 3, 8-cell mosquito launchers.

GWS (Great White Shark) – The Diesel Powered Destroyer of the African Federation, due to its small size it can hardly be defined as a destroyer, though its design and engines make it a very mass producible ship and very suitable for escort duties, its diesel engine are very reliable and economical to run though the drawback is that the engines max speed is a meager 28 knots, its main armament are 4 Mosquito Launchers to deal with air threats and 4 torpedo launchers to deal with ships and submarines alike, it has a 76mm super rapid fire gun (120 Rounds/min) mounted on the bow and two 20mm guns are mounted on the side decks.

Leviathan - The Nucelar Powered (and usually armed) ballistic missile submarine of the African Federation, It can carry and launch 20 ballistic missiles and it can defend itself with its 20 torpedoes launched from its 4 tubes. Its nuclear reactor and incorporated refreshing systems allow it to stay hidden in the depths of the sea until it needs to release his deadly cargo, the missiles can be launched from either surface or at various depths, depending on the conditions of the sea.

I have finished the last little bit concerning the last Update, concerning Nigeria and the RSA. I now consider all stats updated and such. Once again, this thread moves a wee bit fast for me at times, lol, so i dunno whats been going on for the last couple pages, besides some cool pics from Feanor.

Merry Christmas guys, hope you had a good dinner, and got what ya want. I am still aiming for an update on Tuesday. If anybody has/is going away, i can NPC your nation for a turn or 2 or 3. I have done some minor tweaking to the Rules, the major changes taking place in Projects and Government Types. I have basically updates and changed some stuff, nothing really new, except for this:

Additional Note - You MUST propose the project to me first, describe what you want done, and then i will tell you if its feasible, and its cost. If you still want to do the project, you then MUST give me a name for the Project, and I will stick it in your stats. Please do NOT propose the project in your Orders, please talk to me about the project, either in this thread, or by PM, MSN, or E-mail, first, and then, in your orders, say how much you are investing into your project.

I hope that is clear, talk to me about proposed projects BEFORE you send in orders, it helps me keep track of things. If you and I discussed a project, and I gave you a time, and you gave me a code-name, make sure that i add it to your stats, things get hectic at times. Sometimes I am deluged with 5-6 different MSN convos at once.

In a spectacularly close election, the party Moderaterna(conservatives) could create the new government together with its other right-wing allies.

The results of Sweden´s elections:
Socialdemokraterna(social democrats): 40,2 %
Vänsterpartiet(communists): 5,1%
Miljöpartiet(environment-lefties): 3,6%: under 4%=no seats in the parliament
Moderaterna(conservatives-liberals): 28,9%
Folkpartiet(liberals): 11,7%
Kristdemokraterna(christian-conservatives): 5,9%
Centerpartiet(center): 4,6%

Right-wing government formed with 51,1% majority.

It is believed that this change of government(social democrats formed majority together with the communists last election) has taken place because of the inability of the former government to stop the nuclear attack on Stockholm that took out 1/10 of Sweden´s population and the inability of the government to keep Sweden out of war.

The new prime-minister is Mr Carl Bildt. He has just announced his coalition government consisting of people from Moderaterna, Centern, Kristdemokraterna and Folkpartiet.

The first decision passed by the new parliament set-up was to increase the time between new parliament elections from 3 to 5 years.

Please decide on the Denmark issue post-haste, Secretary General Adnan. APETO need not remind you that with most of our members supporting an intervention should you decide to order one, you have the complete force of the Barneys under your joint command.

Personally I do not advise this intervention without sufficient military support, either from our own forces or from the RSA should they want to cooperate independantly with us. The international community seems set against it, but as usual it's most likely 'business as usual' prompting their concern.

Any Intervention made in Denmark without Consulting and agreeing with the European Union, can be regarded as an act of war.
The African Federation has a strong friendship and important Economic interests in the European Union and will do what must be done to defend the European Union from outside aggressions.

OOC: If all what they did was giving stuff to the population so that the population voted for them i would not define that illegal, but if, like you call it, they bribed people so that they would change the outcome of the election then it would be illegal.

Something, such as money or a favor, offered or given to a person in a position of trust to influence that person's views or conduct

All the other EU nations are announcing that they will be pulling their forces out of the EU joint army, so, as of next update, expect that mother on an army to be sent to their respective homes.
