'Brothers and sisters in Africa! The evils of oppression and tyranny are being slain all over the world. To the north, our Islamic cousins fight the evil of European oppression, to the West, the Russians are defeating the corrupt and immoral Americans and to the South, our great armies are defeating the imperial dogs of South Africa. These great struggles are the proof that the old empires and tyranny of the past are finally being destroyed, we have reached the final apocalyptic fight for freedom and self-rule.

Our brothers in arms are casting off their chains and standing up for their freedom. These days may seem dark but at the end there is a light and that light brings us hope and salvation. Every victory in our titanic struggle brings us closer to the light and brings us closer to the dream of creating an Africa for Africans ruled by Africans. We must find the courage of our great ancestors to see us through these dark days so that we may realise our dreams.

We find it laughable that you would call the African Council (African Union) corrupt! I would love to see your proof of this corruption. Our organization is one that is pure and clean and one that seeks only one aim, freedom for Africans. Our goals are truly righteous. Unlike the USA we do not fight for monetary gain or economic advancement, we fight for our freedom. A cause for which every man will gladly give their life.

We urge all SADETO countries to vote in favor of the following propositions.

1. Reactivation of full SADETO membership for Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay. Argentina commits to follow all the principles of SADETO and adhere to prescribed regulations. Our duty and loyalty is to South America, and we will protect it and advance the lot of its citizens to the best of our abilities. Uruguay and Paraguay have strengthened SADETO in the past, and could again improve the treaty by their membership. In addition, SADETO membership would help them retain and advance their internal order and prosperity.

2. Reactivation in the SADETO charter of the original economic goals and guidelines, and installment, with updated relevant specifics, of economic and trade treaty laws and regulations. Economic cooperation is the necessary backbone to a regional treaty. To go without common standards in certain critical areas would be senseless. Without uniform basic regulation, we waste resources, time, energy, and manpower that could otherwise be dedicated to the many efforts we must undertake as countries and as an alliance. Without clear and fair standards, we also run the risk of disparate interests colliding due to ambiguities and inequalities, eroding our precious standards and undermining our necessary ties.

3. Extension to the states of Colombia and Bolivia the following offer:
If they adopt civil and political freedoms and of course adhere to the SADETO charter they will be offered admission into SADETO. The people of Colombia and Bolivia deserve the advantages of modern rights and the benefits of SADETO. It also adds geographic unity and strategic strength to SADETO.

STATEMENT FROM THE RUSSIAN MID

BRAZIL

It has come to the attention of Russia that Brazil has been activley funding a militant hard line anti-Communist organization which is responsible for multiple attacks and destabilization of Urugay and Paraguay. As per Russian agreement with Brazil, Brazil has agreed not to interfere in these two countries. The Russian government sees this as a direct attack against Russian interests and a direct violation of the agreement Russia had with Brazil.
Therefore, due to these actions of the Brazilian government the Russian government has chosen to break all diplomatic relations with the state of Brazil. Russian diplomats will be returning to Russia and all Brazilian diplomats in Russia are as of now personas non gratas.
Furthermore, as a result of these actions, the Russian government has chosen to abandon the plan for the Russian-American peace conference to be held in Brazil, since the Brazilian government has demostrated itself to be a hard-line anti-Russian institution.
Even further, if these actions on the acount of Brazilian government do not cease immediatley Russia will consider them to be a direct attack upon Russian interests in South America and will respond with all means the Russian government deems necessary.
Finally, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs warns all foreign nationals to, for their own safety, leave the nation of Brazil due to the fact that if Brazilian government continued the actions it has taken Brazil will not be a safe place.

Where should I start?

1) Your goal is "Freedom for Africans"? Please, don't make me laugh. All of you members (or most, I can't check because I can't tell who your members are since its not on the front page) are dictator ships, as is Nigera, and not democracies like the RSA and the USA are. In the Areas annexed by the RSA the people were given a chance to vote, unlike their lives of fear under their dictators, and they chose to stay with the RSA. Don't you understand? They are free!

2) And my goals are not rightous? The goal of total democracy where every man, woman and child is free? "Humans are born Free, but now they are everywhere in chains." (Rossuea, "The Social Contract". That statement, made more than 200 years ago is still true, even today. Dictatorships reign, and the people in Communist countries dance to the puppet masters strings. Even your people are not free. They have the rights that only you chose to give them, for they cannot vote for their own laws, like mine once could (Unfourtently the Invasion of the JCF has made Democracy impossible for the time being)

3) I do not fight for monetary gain or economic advancement, those are just side benefits to the fight that has been occuring for over a million years. The advancement of Mankind.

4) Freedom is a just cause to die for, but your people are not free. My people are not free either, opressed by the CER. That is a fight worth fighting for, the liberation of my people. And do you know what is occuring in the RSA and its countries now? Freedom, and unity between Whites and Blacks. An opression is being withdrawn in glorious unity, can you not try to be the same?

Your ignorance of world affairs is appaling. South Africa has created an African Federation under the government of Nelson Mandela, a very proactive and respected leader. He was on the forefront of defeating apartheid and probably got thrown into jail thousands of times.
It is Africa ruled by Africans.
Yet YOU are the cause of the sufferings of the people of Kenya. YOU have caused countless, useless deaths of millions of Africans.
Pray tell, President Kaneda, explain to me how the Zulu, the Samburu, the Maasai, the San and the Kikuyu are "imperialist" as you call them. How different are they from your own people? The Ibos and Yoruba of your lands are just as African as them.

If anyone is acting imperialist, President Kaneda, it is you.

We demand that you leave the lands of the African Federation as their PEOPLE have chosen to live under the Mandela government.
