Google Photos Question

Can I just delete all of them, I never wanted them backed up in the first place, it seems to only give options to delete in tiny amounts @ once, it seems deliberately annoying to delete en masse so people just give up and give them money

I just want to delete all of the photos & videos @ once and my whole Google Photos account (or barring that just delete everything @ once)
