I will not make any reply to this gaudy display of poor sportsmanship, giving some specific numbers to answer tit for tat.
I may make some broad statements though...
You abuse Lady Fortune, Narz, for such things as these are made to end with irony, as is the lesson those greater forces would continually want to teach us, and despite these numbers which I have always honestly thought dont really represent a players standing I am quite stable and run a strong empire, though I may not have those trophies to crown your delicate cities all gamers such as yourself think precious, which also make up for a great deal of your power, and i only think what a shame it will be when it is revealed that your temporary victory was only against the terrain and not against me; but that will soon change, don't worry, I know you would rather stay there and defeat the statistics with your building and your battle against your land which you think you may be winning, but you'll have your chance to actually say you beat me and not the power graph, since though you may now be beating your own terrain, I will soon become part of it.

Nicosar...Nicosar...Have you LOST the schedule I sent to you? The schedule that I labored to make extremely complete. You must have, because you would not have scheduled a start time that I cannot attend otherwise. I will look in my sent mail file and resend it. It is possible you misspoke yourself in this matter as well. Right above this reply, it says 5:00 PDT (GMT -8). A few posts back, (on page 12), it says 8:00 PDT. 8:00 PDT I can do......5:00 PDT I cannot.

Eh, it should work. Its a Mac file, I named it .net cause I know you PC folk have to have a suffix to everything, maybe if you fiddle around with the file. Also my posted files on Fanatics always seem to have problems. Try D/Ling from the source... This should work (choose to d/l the link

I looked at the save, he was still a despot in 120 AD! 
Narz, a bit of advice, ALWAYS place a city ON a river, not NEXT to one.
A total wash, the game wasn't close, Rome was primative.

the gamestart time is going to be 8 PM for your timezones, but i guess you already did the simple math of subtracting three hours...in whch case the game can start at:
8 PM PST (GMT -8) this thursday night (that will be friday afternoon for some of you aussies, dont ask me what time, you do the math!)

Actually, they are phalanxs. Due to some fluke in Nico's graphic file all the phalanxs look like pikeman, but they are still can phalanxs and they still act as such (1/2/1, no vs. horseman bonus). I did not notice any other distuptions in the game play besides that though Nico's special terrain graphics did not appear on my computer...
