GOTM 04 - First Spoiler (starting continent)

I have seen the AI guard their workers quite regularly, whether we stole one or not. But in this game the initial Greek worker never moved to the edge of the city's radius, so there was nothing to steal. In a few test runs that I ran later it never showed either.

If the edge of the city's radius had been improved, then they must have been there at some point in time. The question here is when and was it guarded when it was there.

It may well occur only after the borders expand for the second time.
As you can see in my report though in my game one did appear in 1AD so indeed my statement was terribly inaccurate.
