A period of wonder building, infrastructure expansion, and a few new cities. Since my territory was full, some new cities were bribed and a few were built in rival territory. Rivals were annoyingly peaceful not allowing me to do them more damage. Research is going real slow due to lack of a key civ and large trade pay outs. I have played to 1760s and need another day or two to finish up.

All out war finally broke out during this period. I took advantage of that and wiped out all rivals with the exception of one city. This also allowed me to build new cities in former rival territories. The final result was a 50% increase in the number of cities. Meanwhile my older cities built modern infrastructure. Space race got started late in this period.

Diplomacy: Traded for Myst, Warrior Code, Horseback Riding, Seafaring, Construction,Wheel increasing techs from 14 > 20 and updated every map which most commonly in this game has been requiring a worshipful attitude. Only once first conducting diplomacy were all 15 warriors then disbanded inside cities yielding 75 shields towards the next completed units. With HG and a lot of good celebrating scheduled to arrive in 3 turns, L is set to 60 in the meantime, simply to ward off unhappiness without relying heavily upon ocea, T 40.

Planning to fill in many additional cities perhaps to about 75 or so including optimal city placement on every island. No trades as yet and hoping to build Colossus on a near-future high trade island city fairly soon - preferentially a Hide demander - with 4 forthcoming Wonder Caravans and to send a proliferation of my own trades to island cities via ship chain, most of the them to Colossus. First island city will be founded next turn with several soon to follow. Preferred tech path once game transitions into building and landing trades: Philosophy then Monotheism with Mike's as the foreseen powerhouse 4th wonder.
