Don't think anyone here is telling you to be quiet. Please continue to comment and question. The value of the forum is to ask questions and invite comments about ideas. Just be aware that the moderators are doing their best to keep things honest and civil. Some of the more questionable high-score games have been taken down because of the ways in which they were achieved, but those that remain are testaments to past player's abilities. Some players never rise above seeing Civ as a war game; mastering the complexities of research, trade, diplomacy and nation-building is an art that makes hard-to-believe scores (or finish dates) seem normal. Give it a try...
