[R&F] Graphical Glitch Not Seen Before R&F

[Bosworth II VII]

As the title says not seen this before and I know my PC can handle all highest settings. Has anybody seen this on there plays or knows how to fix ?

No Mods only official DLC

I don't have this problem but another one. 1st turn building a city and then I cann't move the warrior. I can start production and choose a tech
