GRAPHICS: Improved European Palace

I thought that the european style palace was too drab and dark looking, so I modified the colors and added a couple of touches.
Make backup copies of your existing files located at ...Art/Palaceview/european
and unzip the files there.
NOTE: Files are located in following posts.

It`s indeed a little bit blue.. The palace ability is great, but I want more pieces/detail than in CivIII:

well, in the first pic (the blue one) the palace is at an angle inside the frame of the picture. And it's the same with the second one.

Actually, I think they built their first city on a hill. After that the screen stays at a slant.
