Graphics problems with Civ 4 BTW

I have a 2.16 Intel Core Duo with 3 GB of Ram with NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT.

When I run the game , the graphics just are all haywire; if I zoom out it fixes, but when I zoom back again it returns. I have changed the resolution, and anti-alias but nothing helps...any ideas?

Also re-installed game...

Have you installed the latest graphics driver? http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp-258.96-whql-driver.html
