Graphics Specs

So I'm a little addicted to Civilization 5 at the moment, but my computer's graphics card makes the FPS run pretty dire when a number of things are happening at once. I'm also on the lowest settings.

Would these specs be enough to run Civilization 5 well?

The card is not the best, but should be sufficient to run Civ5.
But also important: What do you currently have in your PC? Might be that it's not much better than your current setup.

Okay, compared to that utter rubbish nearly every dedicated graphics card is better .
