Grapic Error

Hi,

I am getting this Graphic error i uploaded in the screensho cuz it is difficult to describe...
Operating system is Win XP; Graphic Card: Radeon 5850

Interresting this that this error occurs the longer the turns last (so the more the PC has to calculate). When this Error occurs the game is lagging very much bout 1 FPS i got then...

Someone got on idea how to fix this??

Have you updated your graphics drivers?

Could the card be overheating?

If you post your dxdiag results it may help someone make some suggestions.

Card is definately NOT overheating. Drivers should be up to date. Here the Dxdiag

You could try updating your graphics driver from asus, there are newer versions than the one you have.

Some of your DirectX files are very old. I would suggest that you go to Microsoft's download website and pick up the latest DirectX 9 package, and install that.

I usually don't bother with my video card manufacturer's drivers. I get mine directly from ATI, as they tend to be more up to date and complete, and most of the problems are fixed. You can find them at www.game.amd.com under Catalyst Drivers.

It's the North American site, but they have the multi language driver pack available. Your video driver in the DXDiag file was pretty old for a video card that new. I'm surprised that the manufacturer didn't have more up to date drivers available, but that's why I don't bother with the manufacturer's outdated drivers.
