GS include rise and fall?

If i buy GS, does it include rise and fall? or do i have to buy both?

GS includes all mechanics from RF, but not civs. If you want all civs, you have to buy both.

If you can afford both and it's not a big deal I say go for both,

If you are tight for money go with Gathering Storm, the content outweight the content in Rise and Fall given that GS, as others said, includes mechancis of RF, such as Dark/Golden Ages, Loyalty, Alliances, etc.

If you get GS and not RF you miss out on

RF leaders, civilizations, natural wonders and Wonders.
