Entertainment Centre/Water Park Building Faith Purchase

What could be allowing me to purchase EC/WP buildings with Faith? I've tried looking at all religious beliefs, suzerainities and Governor Titles but can't see anything to explain it.
I do have Suz of Valetta so have been faith buying walls & other CC buildings.
Playing as Egyptian Cleo in a GS game, some QoL mods but nothing major. Apocalypse & Barb Clans modes.

It is fixed now and will not break your game anymore. Of course you would need to play with the Dramatic Ages mode.

Oh yes forgot to say I am playing with Dramatic Ages. I have that card slotted but couldn't see the full description - was only really interested in the Culture Boost. That is powerful.
