Well aside from the fact that GnR caused a riot in Vancouver by not playing here and cancelling the concert and most of their famous songs were covers surrrrreeeee.

Sorry i had to say that as a response to saying Radiohead was crap.

I went to their show in 2001 Rock in Rio and it was really, really good. But they are not the same and I dont think "Chinese Democracy" will be any good. Apetite and Use Your Illusion rocks.

I haven't heard much of GnR with the new formation, so I don't really have an opinion about them now. But I used to be a big fan in the early 90s. I saw them in Buenos Aires in 92 and 93 and those were two of the best shows I've ever seen. I still listen to them a lot.
btw, I like Radiohead (well, some of their songs), but you can't even compare them to Gn'R.

I'm american and they kick ass! No good band like Guns and Roses starts to suck ass in their "later days". Come june you'll be thinking twice about your anti-radiohead ways when Hail to the Thief comes out and critics acclaim it as the best album of all time. Of course you could always look back on all the other reviews that say the same thing.

I love GnR. IMHO Appetite for Destruction is the best album ever made and, while they aren't the greatest band of all time, The Gunners are one of the few who realy stand out as a great band.

Chillpill. Take. I wasn't labelling you all with the same cover or whatever, it was just a careless, flippant, light-hearted comment, I didn't think I needed a smilie because I thought it was a bit obvious. Jeez.

If they come to Gothenburg I'm definitely going to see them.

When I was 8 it was like the coolest band to listen to, and not all parents allowed their children to because of all the swear words. We wanted the swear words though, so my favorite at that time was Buick Makane. Now it's probably one of the Use your illusion songs.

They were very good, but Axl is a moron and the band has sucked since Slash and Duff left.....
