Nope, since around the early-to-mid 80's, when the Apache was developed, the Marines have been the only ones operating Cobras. The Marine Corps runs on Army surplus (read: what the Army deems obsolete/worn out), and this includes the AH-1 Cobra, in all of it's many varients, both dual-
and single-engine. It would be uneconomical for the Army to operate Cobras, since it has Apaches, which fill the same role. And yes, the Navy and Marine Corps operate single engine aircraft.

Yes, the AH-1W Super Cobra has two engines, but the AH-1J Sea Cobra, and most of the other Cobra varients, have had two engines linked together, sharing one exhaust port.
EDIT: CrazyAce said he was reskinning the Cobra into an AH-1W anyway, which is the multi-engine version you said was the only one that the Marines operate. So no, UNITED STATES ARMY does not belong on the side. MARINES does.
