GURPS WW2 Campaign

There are more rooms in this house, as it would be too hard (or I am just being lazy :p) to describe it all, here are your options:

1. Kitchen- ground floor, where you enetered (wife and baby are in there).
2. Lounge- ground floor, haven't been there.
3. Bedroom A- first floor, 2 soldiers.
4. Bedroom B- first floor, haven't been there.
5. Storage room- first floor haven't been there.

Sorry I haven't posted, I was at a party last night.

Jack was hauled to the house by the medic, all the while kicking and cussing with fury. "Bring those sons of * here, I'll rip those Germans limb from limb. I'll tear anything near me to pieces!" When we come to the house I collapse on a nearby bed, breathing hard.

"So, how about a game of cards" I ask the soldier.
"You can tell me what happened to you mate"

As you shuffle the cards, and lay them down on the side cabinet, he explains how his squad was seperated from the main force- like yours, but they ran into a group of Jerries.

They were all massacred, but these two managed to escape, and were taken in by this family.

He goes on to say how he would join you, but he can't leave Kalvin behind, and he needs proper medical attention after suffering from a fatal shrapnel wound.

It seems he wasn't really paying interest in the game of cards, or you cheated, but either way, you won and earned £2.

I'll explore the rest of the house.

In the storage room there is only one thing of interest- a Winchester shoutgun and 8 shells for it.

You can find nothing in the lounge, and the only point of interest in the second bedroom is a window overlooking the alleyway.

As you peer out you see that the Germans are entering each house in turn to find you- they are 3 houses away to the South and 2 house s away to the North.

grab the winchester and the shells.

Can I roll to see how many Germans are searching each house?

1. Remember, you may want to get permission to take that gun! (as if he can stop you).

2. You can see that 3 people enter the house, whilst another 8 stand guard outside.

At that moment, the man enters the room.

"A few houses down there" he says, pointing North "is where the Germans are living, if you climbed over those fences when there were no Germans in either garden, you could make it and steal some uniforms... But it would be risky."

He then peers down at the shotgun...

"You like it? Keep it, I don't want to be caught with that thing when they come in and search us..."

At that very moment you hear a scream from one of the houses, suddenly silenced by a shuddering crack. The SS then leave the house and promptly enter the one next door.

"... I knew that man... he was an old friend."

NOTE: I assume it was translated by Widowmaker.

"You two are fine men, soldiesr!
I was wondering if you have any spare ammo, weapons, food or otherwise valubale things. Any advise about what you know here from you would be great too."

"Sorry, none to spare, and my name's Franklin by the way."

"And I have no idea what the hell's going on, you probably have more of an idea than me."

The Dutch man leans on the doorway "The Germans are coming! You have to get out of here!"

"What! But I can't leave Kalvin here... they'll kill him, and you!"

"Leave Kalvin! He'd be better off in Kraut hands. They gotta duty to look after 'im, and they got the medical supplies.
Godspeed, Kalv."
I make it out into the garden.

Dorden has been busy healing Jack, who has now recovered 5HP.

To get this thing moving, everyone can follow you, ready to hear the plan (this includes Frank).

NOTE: If you speak too loudly, the Krouts might well here you!

"Frank, you armed?"

"Well, only with my webley."

"Lost my rifle when I legged it."

I throw him the winchester and the shells.
Can you desvribe where the German house is relative to us?

It's 5 houses North, so that's 5 fences or a hell of a lot of Germans :p.

It's about 150 feet away in unit terms.

Oh, and the fences are about 7 feet tall.

If you need more info ask me :D.

I enter the house (Unless I have not already done so). I do a quick scan of the kitchen. I cant shake the bad feeling that there are Germans in the house. I silently check the lounge.

In the kitchen you find some provisions.

Nothing in the lounge.

And you find no Germans :p.

I return back to the kitchen. Looking at the provisions I know I may want to take them to put into the groups food pool, but I would rather wait untill I recive permission from the residence to take them.

I await Widowmaker's translation asking permission in Dutch to add the provisions into the group's food pool.

The lady smiles warmly "Yes, of course you can have them."

She then leans over and gives you a light kiss on the cheek.

You blush and step back, almost stumbling on a chair leg.

The Germans are getting closer, time to make a decision.
