History:
Terrorists from Chechnia managed to detonate nuclear loading at the Kremlin. After fall of Russian Empire, entire region of Eastern Europe was in a turmoil. Russian genereals who survived their coutry dead turned into local warlords, using nuclear weapons against each other. After few months, most of former Russia teritory was contaminated with nuclear waste. Polish generals, lead by field marshal Oginsky, managed to conquer a quite big territory close to the wastelands.
Now, Fourth Commonwealth is one of global powers. It is ruled by Parliament and King, chosen in a free election. Yaroslav Second The Wise is ruling for the second year. Whole political and social system is based on romanticized vision of XVII century Polish-Lithuanian Union.

Capital:
Cracov is constitutional capital and residence of the king, but most of the ministries are in Warsaw.

Government:
Constitutional elective monarchy characterized by strict checks upon monarchical power. These checks are enacted by a legislature (Parliament) controlled by the nobility (called 'szlachta'), encompassing nearly 20% of whole population.
Short political doctrine: Rex regnat et non gubernat (The King reigns but does not govern)
During war, four Hetmans (second-highest military commander, after the monarch) have almost unlimited power. They wage wars according to their whims after the war is declared by king and Parliament.
Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth is a neo-feudal, mostly agricultural country.

Language:
Dominant language: Polish (60% of population)
Official language: Latin

Religion:
Predominantly Catholic and Orthodox. Can be described as 'theatrical' (more a pose than real belief) for many nobles. (see motto as an example)

Strengths:
Courage. Especially in case of brave, daring, frantic ideas. (like attacking opponent ten times as strong). Ingeniousness (a lot of creative ideas). Big enthusiasm. Willingness and capability of fighting against overwhelming odds. Good at mobility and at guerilla warfare.

Weaknesses:
New, creative ideas sometimes not realistic. Not good at boring, repeating tasks not giving a chance to flourish. Short-lived enthusiasm. Pride. Bad at regular, massive fights with firmly established frontline, and at sieges.


Starting units and buildings:
city at the teritory encircled by my other teritories (I suppose it is Warsaw. Can we agree to name it that way?), then city directly below it (coul it be Cracow?): 6 points
elite infantry at every teritory with the exception of inner one (Warsaw): 9 points.


MAP:

I am new to this stuff. I downloaded map and tried to work with it, but it seems that quality (for Europe at least) is so poor, that I cannot feel chosen teritories with standard Paint option. I would be greatful for any advices. Is the map we play on one of the maps in the stickied map thread? I can download those at good quality. I attach my choices at the fragment of map 'IOT 7'
