hairando needs an interim deputy governor

hello citizens,
In this time of war, Hairando province could use an Interim deputy governor. This is especially needed as Interim Governor MOTH will be away this weekend in the alternate universe of New York for a wedding.

The president makes actual reccomendations, but I wanted to offer suggestions. If you wanted to get some experience or even to run for governor next term this could be your chance. Please note that you can only hold one official position at a time, so if you are already a deputy then you cannot apply at this time.

To help give some basis for the recomendation please prepare a paragraph or two on how the 4 cities of Hairando province should prepare for war.

I shall apply, in hopes of learning how this all works. My paragraphs will be based on the cities, so I will do it city-by-city: here we go.

Regent Town
This, by far will be the most useful city in this province. As it has lots of production, after the library I would build an archer/swordsman and onto our horses in the west of the provinces to stop attacks by Babylon that way, and to protect our horses. After that, I would build an additional swordsman to defend our city or attack archers sent our way.

TBD
Not much can be made of this city at the moment. I would continue the temple to pressure the Roman's city borders.

Epolenep
This city can either a) finish the courthouse (my preference) or b) switch production to a swordsman to either go into Babylon's territory near Akkad and either pillage the road or fortify for coming attacks. I would put up a poll/discussion about what to do for Epolenep.

Manchai
After it completes its temple, it could build a worker to connect it to the main road system (or just use the two ones NE of Regent Town after they are done). My idea for this city was to build a harbor (fishing village - we can't get much out of the city at the moment) or else just build a spearman to help defend the city and our horses.
