I want to do a cool scenarium in this game about the ~1800 war in West hemisphere and this game don't have any black fancy civilization to substitue Haiti.
Why this game never made any black civilizations of Americas, isn't just Haiti I miss, but also has Palmares, Garifunas, Seminole, Moskitos and none is even remember.

The great majority of the Miskito were racially Western Hemisphere Indigenous with a long Pre-Columbian heritage. Only a small minority were of mixed African-Indigenous blood, and they're still a minority on the Miskito Coast to this day.

The Seminole is also another mix race between black and indians in Americas, I don't know how to say that Ethinicity in English, in Portuguese we called it Cafuzo, I guess in Spanish it can be called Zambo (I'm not sure).

The Seminole certainly were, but, as I said above, the Miskito people were a Indigenous Western Hemisphere culture that predated the Spanish and British arrival, and the members among them with notable mixed African blood (descended from survivors of the Maroon slave revolt in Jamaica) were only ever a minority among them.

Yeah! Miskitos and Garifunas are just two amazing civilizations! They are almost black skin, but they speak an indigenous language. The Garifunas speak a Caribe language and the Miskitos a Mayan language. Miskitos have a Kingdom in now-a-days Honduras. Despite their size not that amazing, they can be in the game at least as a City State. (But, as they have a King and some cities, they have enought to be a civilization at the game)

Actually, Nicaragua. They have two "special status autonomous areas," that completely dominate Nicaragua's Caribbean coastal regions, even today, and an insurgent militia to fight for their lands, traditions, and autonomy were one of the factions that had formed the Contras in the Nicaraguan Civil War in the 1980's. They also, as their original kingdom in protectorate to the British Crown, had a role in the demise of the American "filibuster," William Walker and his American and European troublemaking, mercenary freebooter who made a coup against the Government of Nicaragua in 1854, got U.S. President Franklin Pierce's recognition as being government (but he didn't lift a finger for them otherwise), and then were defeated by a coalition of neighbouring Costa Rican, Honduran, Guatemalan, and Salvadorian forces, as well as Miskito forces and legitimist rebels in Nicaragua for the toppled government. By 1860, Walker was executed on a small island in the Caribbean just off the point where the Nicaraguan and Honduran coats met - within the territory of the Miskito Kingdom. So, they do indeed have a very interesting history.
