Hamachi Game? Tonight?

Looking to pay my first game of Civ 5 online. Played all the oldiegrowin up and just go this one. Anyone interested in getting a game together over Hamachi? Let me know ASAP! Thanks.

Hamachi is a program very similar to teamspeak. voice server.

No Hamachi is a Virtual Private Network program, ie it creates a LAN over the internet. This does help with players that have router/firewall issues on networks that they don't control. Unfortunately Hamachi nor any other VPN software I have tried have worked with Civ5. Not sure if that is a design or just a byproduct of the poor MP code.

ah.. I m dont have any tecnical knowledge about the rpogram so I am sure you are right. However the use for it , at least the only thing I ve used it for is voice com. while playing (in that case some RTS games)

It was used alot by the French and Russian Clans in Civ4 BTS days due to the often poor internet service they have. I know it does allow voice chat but there are better programs for that like Teamspeak or ventrillo.
