First off, I've found this game to be very enjoyable. A few bugs/strange AI behaviors:
1) I attacked and destroyed a station ~turn 100. AI is annoyed and tells me every couple dozen turns for the next hundred or more. They never register that they already complained and that I told them I wouldn't do it again. Not sure if the diplomatic penalty doesn't acknowledge my agreement to avoid doing it in the future. Also, how was I supposed to know they were friendly with this station?
2) Enemy mindflower icon doesn't disappear after I've destroyed it and conquered the city that originally built it.
3) My ally in war denounces me for my war mongering after I'm too effective at waging the war that he requested I join him in.
4) Missing work actions - not just repair of sea tiles, also missing healing often (but not always). Sleeping the worker causes him to heal, but then I forget to wake him up. Same thing happens for alien life forms from expeditions.
5) Also, alien life forms can't embark, so they're constantly getting stuck on the small islands I expeditioned them from. I just avoid wasting my expedition on the skeletons.
6) Worker action suggestions overlays are suggesting that I build a road between cities when a magrail between them already exists. I conquered a city from a civ with magrail tech, when I didn't yet have it. The magrail (which is road +) doesn't seem to be acknowledged as a road.
