handful of small bugs

First off, I've found this game to be very enjoyable. A few bugs/strange AI behaviors:

1) I attacked and destroyed a station ~turn 100. AI is annoyed and tells me every couple dozen turns for the next hundred or more. They never register that they already complained and that I told them I wouldn't do it again. Not sure if the diplomatic penalty doesn't acknowledge my agreement to avoid doing it in the future. Also, how was I supposed to know they were friendly with this station?

2) Enemy mindflower icon doesn't disappear after I've destroyed it and conquered the city that originally built it.

3) My ally in war denounces me for my war mongering after I'm too effective at waging the war that he requested I join him in.

4) Missing work actions - not just repair of sea tiles, also missing healing often (but not always). Sleeping the worker causes him to heal, but then I forget to wake him up. Same thing happens for alien life forms from expeditions.

5) Also, alien life forms can't embark, so they're constantly getting stuck on the small islands I expeditioned them from. I just avoid wasting my expedition on the skeletons.

6) Worker action suggestions overlays are suggesting that I build a road between cities when a magrail between them already exists. I conquered a city from a civ with magrail tech, when I didn't yet have it. The magrail (which is road +) doesn't seem to be acknowledged as a road.

1) You can't tell if they're friendly until after you've attacked, unfortunately. This bug can completely ruin any chance of peace with the AI that gets mad at you, its really annoying. Many people have reported it before but its still not in the bug /not a bug index for some reason.

2) I've seen threads on this one before. Not in the bug / not a bug index though, that thread really needs an update if its important enough to sticky.

3) Carryover of nonsensical AI behavior from Civ V. You'd think they could improve it at least a little in the years between BNW and BE.

4) I believe the rest until heal button for workers is unavailable in cities but available in other locations, which is unfortunate since they heal faster in cities. For aliens from ruins it is never present. More of a UI issue than an actual bug, but certainly an issue Firaxis should fix. Lack of sea repair is a confirmed bug.

5) Sucks, but probably not a bug. The skeletons can also give you affinity points though, and one of the aliens you can get flies which avoids this problem. Also the flying bug makes an excellent explorer. I'd still excavate.

6) I'd bet that requiring the magrail tech for the road connection is intentional.
