Harbor and Marketplace fixes

Ok, I don't know if anybody has done these before (really wonder if there's none of these done) but here are my versions anyway: fixes for the pedia pics of Harbor and Marketplace. The idea I got from LBPB's mod which had a medieval harbor. In fact the medieval harbor here is the same from LBPB's mod. Others I have made myself from the city view graphics.

Since there has been some misunderstandings about how to use these, here's a little manual:

- Put the icons to ...\Civilization III\Art\Civilopedia\Icons\Buildings
- edit PediaIcons.txt (in Text-folder) like this:

Find these lines:

NOTE: If you're using Conquests edit the PediaIcons.txt in Civ3\Conquests\Text. With Play the World edit the PediaIcons.txt in Civ3\Civ3PTW\Text.
