if u have all but 1 then start it just dont do battles and such they would be involved in or could be involved in. Also do you reckon its possible for us to see what the NPCs have in their armies cos u dont know what ur going up against

Losses: 3 tanks, 1 artillery.
Germany invades Hungary, declaring war on the sattelite states that where unable to defend it.
Looses: 0
Ship Buildup in Biscay, whats the Geraman plan?
USSR takes Seo without resistance.
Japanise attack at Har and Catastrophe, 4 tanks, infantery and 1 fighter attacked, kill 3 infantery and 2 Arrtilleries before they was killed.
Japan tried to build city in province already with a city, nono.

Britain: 53

I expected a bit of a counter, nothing major, and the attack was only minor.
You barely managed to make me 17c of hurt in that attack, while you suffered 39c loss and i am making more then 12c on you.
