I've seen this message for the first time, explaining why three of my citizens are . It's a city I took for a peace treaty from Sitting Bull, now 100 perecent English. What does it mean? Where exactly won't they go ?

This is caused by drafting units from the city - Sitting Bull must have done that during the war, and the unhappiness stays even when the city changes hands.

Thanks. No wonder I don't know it, can't remember the last time I drafted units. Nationhood somehow never wins over free speech for me.

What does it mean?

"Hell no, we won't go!" was a slogan used by the anti-war activists in the 60's when they were protesting against the US draft.

I prefer Nationhood to Free Speech because if you run the right civics the draftees can be promoted rather than being raw recruits.
