Help, annoying problem!

Hi i hope you guys can help me with this problem
I havent checked any other post for a fix for my problem, for the simple reason that i dont know how to describe it
My system req are:
AMD athlon 64
1024mb ram
200gb hard disc
Nvidia 6600LE
I also have widows Media Center if that can help you find a solution.
check the image that i have posted to se what the problem is.
hope you guys can help me
PS: i have the latest patch, and drivers

The first picture looks like a satellite picture of the North/South Pole.

Have you tried reinstalling the game? If not, do so.

If you have, then I dunno.

Looks like the DX didn't install corrently or the video drivers can't support the DX. Try reinstalling and updating the drivers. You can download the latest DirectX from Microsoft also.
